The process
The process may vary depending on the scope of the project.
Step 1:
Connect with me
Contact me to have a 15 minute chat about where you are at with your business, and what help you think you need. If after this call you would like a proposal, and pricing options we’ll schedule a more in-depth 30-minute call where I’ll gather the information I need to prepare the proposal.
Step 2:
Discovery call 1: Overview of needs
You will have been sent a questionnaire to complete and submit to me prior to this second call. We’ll have a 30-minute call (phone or zoom) to discuss your needs in more depth. I’ll use the information from this call to provide you with a proposal and price estimate.
Step 3:
Discovery call 2: Finalise brief
If you decide you would like to work with me we’ll have a further discovery call to refine the brief, discuss what additional information I need from you so I can proceed with the work and establish timeframes.
Step 4:
Start the project
Once you’ve supplied me with all information discussed in Step 3, and paid any deposit required, I’ll start the project. How we proceed from here can vary depending on the nature of the project. You’ll be given a project plan specific to your project (either verbally, or if a complex project, in writing) at this stage.
